She has demonstrated expertise in the areas of business analysis, cost accounting, inventory control, process reengineering, and project management. Prior to consulting, Mittie held management positions with both Motorola and Tracor Aerospace, and has served as Financial Advisor for several non-profit organizations in Williamson and Travis counties. Mittie is especially effective in the integrated design and concurrent implementation of new business processes and cost management and control systems required to support operations management. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Management from St. Edwards University. David R. McDonald david@changesolutionsgroup.com David has over 16 years of management and technology consulting experience in the software, electronics, consumer products / services, energy and diversified manufacturing industries. He partners with managers at all levels of the organization to design and implement strategic change programs, which have streamlined operations, improved profitability, and grown revenues. His areas of expertise span a broad range of disciplines, including strategy assessment, formulation and implementation, executive coaching, project management, business process improvement, and organizational change management. David is a frequent lecturer for the St. Edward's University MBA Program, has served as an Ambassador for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Capital City A&M Club. David has a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. back to top
